The following must in any event be included in and sent along with your objection:
- your name and signature
- the date and your address
- the decision that you are objecting to (send a copy of the letter with the decision, or state the reference of the letter)
- why you do not agree with the decision
- documents that have to do with the objection (e.g. photos, letters or invoices).
You might prefer to explain why you do not agree with the decision in person. State in your objection that you would like a hearing. You must do this within 6 weeks of the date shown at the top of the letter containing our decision. Please include your telephone number in the objection.
