Truck toll in the Netherlands
Truck toll is planned to start on July 1, 2026. From that date, truck owners will pay per kilometre driven. This will apply to almost all motorways and to certain provincial and municipal roads. The cleaner and lighter the vehicle, the lower the rate per kilometre. After the start of truck toll, the truck toll for trucks up to 12,000 kilos will be abolished. For trucks of 12,000 kilos and heavier, the truck toll will be significantly reduced. The Eurovignette for the Netherlands will end on July 1, 2026.
