Truck toll is planned to start on July 1, 2026. The Eurovignette will end in the Netherlands on July 1 2026. From the start of truck toll, the motor vehicle tax for Dutch trucks will be reduced to a minimum. As in neighboring countries, both Dutch and foreign truck owners will then pay a rate per kilometre driven. The lower the truck’s emissions, the lower the rate. Truck toll will apply to almost all motorways and to a number of main provincial and municipal roads.
