Fix an OBU problem straight away
If you have a problem with your OBU, report it to your provider. If you continue driving for more than 3 hours after reporting a broken OBU, you may receive a fine.
Is your OBU broken, lost or showing a red light? Follow these steps:
Report the problem to your service provider immediately. On the Paying truck toll page, you can find an overview of all service providers.
If you cannot get a new OBU from your provider in time, go to an OBU pick-up point.
Activate your new OBU immediately.
Service provider unknown
Do you not know who your OBU service provider is? You can often find the service provider's details on the front or back of the OBU, for example:
Logo
Telephone number
QR code that you can scan with your phone
If you need a new or temporary OBU straight away, go to an OBU pick-up point.
